By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms and requirements as stated: Your website opportunity must have a free to join option, with no financial information or requirement required for joining free. It can offer an upgrade option for your Sign Ups. You may not submit illegal, adult, hate, racist, or other morally questionable sites. There are no refunds if you enter an incorrect URL (web address) and we send signups to this URL. We can not guarantee signups will initially or at anytime choose a paid upgrade option. Many of our clients do receive paid upgrades. If the program being promoted changes format or is unable to be accessed for an indefinite period of time, it may be cancelled by us without refund.

Be sure that your website opportunity requires the signup information you wish to acquire. Such as: email, name, phone #, address, etc... There will be no refunds issued if your system fails to capture and retain the required information for the signups. Each person who enters their information and hits submit will be counted as a signup. We can not guarantee that a persons who fills out your free to join form will respond to an email that requires them to click for verification (we have no way of knowing if they actually receive the email or click it). You will receive log in information with each order so that you can view your signups.

All Guaranteed Signups are guaranteed USA based.   We offer REAL TIME Sign-ups (this means each person signs up to your program and you should be notified by your company/program instantly, the same as you would with any other that signed up at your website).    Please note, you cannot change the website you are advertising once your campaign has been setup.   Your home business must be initially free to try/join (after which people can have the option to upgrade or pay you the upgrade fee).

Please note: We do not guarantee that people will upgrade to a paying member.   We will get interested prospects to your website and each signup is only counted if the prospect fills out your form. (it will be up to you, your website and your home business opportunity to get them to upgrade/pay you.

Although most home business programs back office show the signups that we generate, in the event that a signup does not show up in your home business back office, the stats we provide in your log in area are the official measure of signups generated.   This means that if your program requires a user to submit multiple pages of information, or requires the user to proceed with a confirmation process via email in order to appear in your home business back office, by submitting such an offer you agree that the signup information provided by us is final. The full name and email address is also provided for you, so you can manually add them to your home business back office and/or autoresponder.

What We Guarantee:
We guarantee each of your signups to have a deliverable email address. We replace non deliverable emails. You will receive the amount of contactable sign-ups (pre-enrollees, tour takers) that you order. (For example if we send you 25 signups and 2 are non deliverable emails you will receive 3 more for a total of 27, 25 which are deliverable). Please note that you MUST provide us with the signups name and email address, and reason you are requesting a replacement (non deliverable email or disconnected phone number. If a replacement is needed please notify us within 3 days of receiving the signup.

What We Can Not Guarantee:
Though we have record of each sign up it is impossible to verify that they have filled in 100% correct information or without typing error when signing up to your program. (That is why we offer replacements for non deliverable emails). Furthermore it is impossible to determine each signups level of interest or that they will choose to upgrade to your program. In addition we can not guarantee any one person's success rate, as it will depend on varying factors such as follow up, presentation, program, product, cost, etc.
